We ship to the USA, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia.
2.2 Processing and Delivery Time
Processing time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Large, fragile, handmade, or limited-edition home decor items may take 3-5 business days (clearly indicated on the product page).
US Domestic Shipping:
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground takes 5-7 business days.
International Shipping:
Shipping via DHL / FedEx takes 7-14 business days.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email—you can view real-time updates on the "Track My Package" page.

Standard shipping cost: $6.99
2.4 Delivery and Damage Exceptions
We carefully pack all home decor items to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including customs detention, weather conditions, carrier error, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first—we will assist you with claims if necessary.
For lost orders (not delivered within 30 days of shipment) or goods damaged in transit due to carrier negligence, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
