At Warmthwhisper, we hope you love your new aesthetic home decor items as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, our return process is designed to be as warm and convenient as our carefully crafted products.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Return Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item (based on the tracking number). For international orders, the 30-day period begins from the date the package arrives at your address.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition (labels intact, no scratches, stains, or alterations). We understand you may want to preview how the item will look in your home—please handle with care (avoid placing it on rough surfaces, using adhesives, or making any alterations to the product) and return it promptly.
Exceptions: Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page, custom-made decorations (e.g., personalized wall hangings, custom-sized rugs), and fragile items (e.g., hand-blown glass, delicate ceramics) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect (see Section 2.5).
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
Request a Return Authorization (RA)
Please send an email to support@warmthwhisper.com, stating your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size mismatch, style preference, etc.). We will reply within 24 business hours, providing a Return Authorization Number and a return label (for domestic orders) or detailed return instructions (for international orders).
Packaging Requirements
All items must be properly packaged to prevent damage, scratches, dust, or moisture during return shipping.
Use the original packaging or other protective materials whenever possible.
Wrap fragile items (glassware, ceramics, decorative items with delicate details) with bubble wrap, foam, or cushioning. Be sure to include all original accessories, labels, hardware pouches, instructions, dust bags, and gift boxes.
Please clearly print or write your Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package.
Do not write, paste, or affix labels directly to the original product or its retail packaging.
Please seal the package securely to prevent opening during shipping.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for fragile items). Please mark the package with the RA number and send it to the address above.
2.3 Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method and will include the full purchase price of the item—original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a product defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Refund processing time varies depending on payment method:
- Credit Card: 3–7 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 2–5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email after your refund is processed.
2.4 Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange for items of a different size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).
To exchange an item, please specify the replacement item you require in your return request email.
If the replacement item is more expensive, we will charge you the difference; if it is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
After your returned item is inspected and confirmed, we will ship the replacement item within 1–3 business days (free shipping within the US for exchanges).
2.5 Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item (e.g., broken ceramic, damaged hardware, workmanship defects) or a wrong item (not matching your order), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please attach photos/videos of the defective/wrong item and your order number to your email.
We will cover all return shipping costs (domestic and international) and offer the following options:
- Full refund
- Replace with the correct item
- Free replacement (if in stock)
For severely damaged fragile items, we may waive the return request (you can discard or keep the item for safety/hygiene reasons).
We recommend that you keep the tracking information for your returned package—Warmthwhisper is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags) may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee (at our discretion). If refused, we may return the item to you (you will be responsible for return shipping costs).
